To participate in
the Enterprising India Market Place, you will have to abide by the following
Terms & Conditions:
I agree to provide all necessary information relevant for the Market place
showcase, as and if requested by the organizers.
I also agree to travel to Mumbai and set up the showcase space at the TiE
Entrepreneurial Summit 2009, at my own expense.
I agree that the TiE Summit organizer reserve the right to request me/us to
change any element of the showcase either before or during the
Summit days, at their discretion
and I shall abide by any such request.
I understand that since there is limited space the TiE organizing committee
reserves the right to select the final showcase candidates or make any changes
in the Market Place and their decision shall be final.
I or my enterprise
have never been convicted of a crime
I
verify that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the
Enterprising India Market place, that all above information is correct, and
consent to possible reference and background checks.
The TiE
committee reserves the right to select appropriate number of enterprises, and
its decision shall be final.
At least one person from your team needs to be registered as a TiE Summit '09 Delegate. The Permanent delegate ID will be required at the end of this questionnaire.
In case of selection, the delegate fees will be adjusted with the complimentary passes that are given with the Marketplace Kiosk
